Qatar Tourism announced that the country welcomed 2.614 million visitors between January and September 2026, arriving through land, air and sea entry points.
Visitors from the GCC led with 40.9% (1.069 million), followed by Asia and Oceania (21%), Europe (20.6%), the Americas (7.3%) and other Arab countries (7%).
In September alone, arrivals rose 1.1% year on year to about 276,000, from 273,000 in September 2025.
